Getting support for Archeotes
User support
Archeotes was designed for internal use. Since it offered features
which are difficultly found elsewhere (in 2013), we offered it to the
public. But the authors can only offer a limited support for normal
use. We hope a community of users will develop and that users will be
able to support one another.
Bug reports
Archeotes does not have an extensive list of beta testers. We are using
inside the organisation without troubles dayly. If you encounter
anormal errors, you can place a bug report on the forum. Please include
all information necessary :
- Description : what happens to you
- Can you reproduce the error (if cannot reproduce the error, it is
not possible for us to fix it).
- if possible, give a copy of the ini-file you are using.
- Operating system
- backup unit (local, USB, network ...)
